Hai-Ping Fu established herself and her family in the Hudson Valley in 1984. She began her career here, in the Hudson Valley working at the Mid-Hudson Valley Library System where she gained extensive knowledge of the financial field. Having earned her bachelor’s degree, she went back to school to earn her master’s degree from State University of New York at New Paltz. She accomplished this while working full-time, in addition to teaching Chinese at the local high school and raising her family. She began working for Maranatha Human Services in the spring of 2003.
Her career flourished while establishing herself as a well-respected employee at Maranatha Human Services.
Over the next 18 years, she has had an upward trajectory including CFO. Ping’s most recent promotion is CEO of Maranatha Human Services. Her vision is to grow Maranatha so we may serve more individuals with intellectual disabilities and bring joy and hope to their lives. Ping is future oriented and has a vision on how to bring other sources of revenue to Maranatha. Ping is widely known for her financial expertise, respect for her co-workers, love of animals and compassion for those we serve.
